Carolina Adventure Boot Camp is a four-week fitness program of instruction, motivation and Nutritional guidance  provided by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer Maria Rogers and Kim Avant. Image

Each day, your camp will be one hour in length, motivating and inspiring.

What if I'm not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Men and Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate in CABC.

ImageWhat do I need to bring to boot camp?

An exercise mat, water bottle, hand weights (size will vary depending on fitness level), running shoes, and a sense of adventure. These items can be purchased at any local Target, Walmart, K-Mart, Dicks Sporting Goods, etc. Some people like to bring weight lifting gloves, but this is not mandatory. You will be given details prior to the start of camp.

So, what will I get out of this fitness program?

You wil acquire a completely new attitude towards yourself  that will surely make you proud. Be sure to ask about bringing a guest for "bring a guest" day. Alright, we know you like details, so you can also expect to get this out of your boot camp experience:

How Much is Boot Camp?

weeks (no long term commitment) is $159 unlimited or 10 Session Punch card for $139.  You can also choose $990 for the year ($99 a camp).

*one year PIF can only be refunded prorated amount with a physicians note.
