Carolina Adventure Boot Camp is a four week in/outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, meal planning and motivational training for Men and Women - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, fit into those jeans, be challenged or just get fit before that special occasion, this is the program for you!

Men and women of all fitness levels, sizes and ages are gaining great results with Carolina Adventure Boot Camp! You can too! Are you looking for a jump start to your fitness program? Then this adventure is for you! Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same routine, come try this whole new approach to exercise... fun!

Carolina Adventure Boot Camp is located in Matthews, North Carolina (currently meeting at Matthews Elementary & 640 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd. Suite F) and Monroe/Indian Trail, North Carolina (currently meeting at Sun Valley High School) serving Matthews, Charlotte and Monroe.

What you can expect from
            Default Adventure Boot Camp:
  • One hour a day for 4 weeks
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:30 AM (Ladies only. Meeting at Sun Valley High School and Matthews Elementary)
  • Dynamic instruction from a Certified Fitness Trainer
  • Spaces fill quickly for this unique experience!
  • Oh yeah...and the best workout of your life!
All shapes, sizes and abilities! If you are at a level 1 or at a 10, you WILL get a work-out to accommodate your goals!

Working full time, taking care of 2 small children...

At the time that I saw your advertisement for Boot camp, I was working full time, taking care of 2 small children, running a million miles a minute and feeling terrible about the way I looked and felt. Although I have always kept a gym membership and have "inconsistently" exercised over the years, I was really looking for boot camp to jump start me into a consistent exercise regimen and lifestyle change. Boot camp gave me so much more!!!!!!!! After only 3 weeks of boot camp, I suddenly had more energy, felt stronger, had a great routine and really just felt better about myself. Nancy and Kim were great at pushing me and challenging me at every session, all the while keeping it fun and fresh - always making me want to come back for more. The comradery and support amongst the other women was also critical to my success - I felt a sense of accountability and loyalty to show up and work hard every session.

After 3 months of boot camp coupled with healthy nutritional choices guided by Nancy Ulman, not only did I establish a consistent exercise regime that worked for me but I was stronger, healthier, and felt better about myself (not to mention I had lost several pounds, inches and body fat). Thanks to Boot camp, I ran my first 5k last year and am currently training for a triathlon. My life feels much more balanced today and I could not have done it without the expertise, guidance, and individual concern that each of you gave at every session.
